  • How long does shipping take? Shipping time depends on the items purchased. Shipping times for our in-stock items are 2-5 days. We have many styles in stock at all times, but some of our styles periodically are placed on made-to-order status. If a style is made-to-order, shipping times will range from 12-20 days. Check the descriptions under each item to see if the style is made-to-order. You will always be provided with a tracking number for your order, and you can email us at info@vixthelabel.com with any questions about your shipment.
  • What can I do if I want an item that is currently sold out? If an item is sold out, this means it's out of stock in our shop and our warehouse is also out of stock for it's production materials. If it's still listed on the site, we will be restocking. Feel free to check back for updates on the item, or send us an email.
  • I ordered the wrong size, do you do returns or exchanges? We accept exchanges for all unworn items. If your item doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong size, just send it back to us unworn with it's tags in-tact and we will swap it for a new size of your choice. We currently only accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, for cases where someone may want to exchange for a new size in a different style. You must email us at info@vixthelabel.com within 3 days of your delivery in order to start the exchange process, and the item must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of original delivery.
  • Do you sell mixed and matched sizes for bikini tops & bottoms? We typically sell same size sets, but if you know for sure that you want a different size top and bottom, just leave a note with your order requesting customization. As long as both sizes are in stock, we will be able to mix and match them for you.  
  • Can I get a refund? We currently only offer exchanges. You can exchange for a different size or even a different style if the one you ordered doesn't fit right or if you think another style will be more flattering on you. You can exchange for any item of equal or lesser value, you cover the cost of shipping the return, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
